To the Melchior Family, my deepest condolences on Arnold's passing. He was a true gentleman, enjoyed having a chit chat and always treated folks with respect. His wisdom on life itself, was always inspirational. As a tenant, I will miss his visits to the building I live in. Rest In peace Mr. Melchior. Heaven just gained a truly wonderful, new angel.
