I read Shirley's obituary with sorrow. I met Shirley very recently in the cardiac ward of Halifax Infirmary. Being confined to hospital, during a pandemic, is not easy, but the company of Shirley helped! It was a difficult time for Shirley, but she dealt with all her troubles bravely. My condolences to her family.
