To Joys Family..my sincere condolences..
I lived/live at the Palmeter house upstairs over Rene and Garth and always enjoyed a conversation with Joy when she was visiting..that I realize was a number of years back..I have lived here almost 32 years. Joy leaves a legacy of dedication to her career and concern for others
