I was so sad to hear about Dennis, I went through basic training with him at HMCS Cornwallis in April 1964, I also sailed with Dennis on HMCS Restigouche 1964 and 65, We became friends during our time on Restigouche and when I left Restigouche that was the last time I seen him, when we said good by. I spent years trying to contact him but failed each time. I still remember times we went ashore together and the good times we had.
