Sincere sympathy to all family in the loss of Capt. Embleton. I worked with him at Marine Atlantic and he was always the super gentleman.

What a surprise when I read the deaths in the paper! My deepest sympathy to one grand man! Like the obituary said “ a true British gentleman” I have many special memories of visiting Peter and Ida in their home in Eliot Park and being in parish groups with him at St. Francis of Assisi. And to think he just celebrated his 90th birthday. I called him a few days later and he told me about his special day and invited me to visit when restrictions eased. May you treasure all the special memories and cherish his legacy of kindness and dedication. Blessings to you his family and I thank God for the privilege of knowing Peter Embleton. Rest In Peace, my friend.
