Hawley

Vanastra & District Lions and the villagers of Vanastra are grieving the loss of an amazing friend, the sparkler that was Jan Hawley. Jan brought the history and pictures of Canadian Forces Base Clinton to life and made us proud of our home! Jan was the designer and champion of the amazing display in the Recreation Centre hallway and the many signs around the community which we have lovingly called Jan's Walk. Jan had even more plans for Vanastra the last time we spoke. We owe all of this to her infectious enthusiasm for shining a light on every corner of Huron East! We will sorely miss you, Jan, and will always appreciate the remarkable changes you made here.
