I worked with Henry at Hoy Rosary in his final year. as a teacher. It was my first year as a principal. I had known him for many years and thought a lot of him. He was an exceptional teacher and a great staff member. He was kind, knowledgeable and had a subtle sense of humour. He saw the whole school and was exceedingly helpful to me. The thing about Henry I remember most is that he gave this help freely and without calling attention to himself. He was always himself, authentic and self sufficient. His example was a gift to the students he taught. Janet and I offer our condolences to Barb and the children. We hope the memory you have of Henry, as a husband and father, helps you through this difficult time.
