Here are some testimonies about Évelyne Tellier...

What a dear soul Evelyne was. Such a conscientious cataloguer and good colleague. It was a joy to work with her. May she rest in peace after such a long and fruitful life!
Gerald Parker

So sad. I remember Evelyne well from my time in the Cataloguing Branch at NLC in the 1980s and my connections with the music section. She was a gentle and charming lady who stood out from others by her graciousness. Although I didn’t know her well I remember her and her quiet smile with great warmth. May you rest in a well–deserved peace Evelyne.
Tony Woodward

Merci André pour ces tristes nouvelles. I also remember her from my beginnings at the National Library when the whole music team was together at 395—she was so pleasant, so elegant, such a “lady” always.

Thanks for sending other remembrances of Evelyne Tellier. Eleanor Wees and I had a good visit with Evelyne in December 2014. We had hoped to visit again, but it was not possible. I telephoned Eleanor soon after I got your email with the sad news. She and I would like to attend the service for Evelyne on Wed., but it might not be possible.

I certainly remember Eveylne with great affection. She was so knowledgeable about Quebecois popular music and so competent in her work, doing everything with grace and good humour. I always remember her with great affection.

With sadness, but with good memories of Evelyne in Music Cataloguing.
