Black

I just learned the sad news of the passing of my long ago friend, Ernest Black. He and I were close classmates at Arvida High School, QC. We journeyed through grades 1-11 together - even sharing a double school desk for part of one year. Ernest was soft-spoken, remarkably kind and humble and was well-liked by all his school mates. In high school, Ernie, as he was called, was a star skier on the school ski team.
It was very disturbing to find out that he lived barely 50 km from my home on Vancouver Island. Over the years I had searched for him via internet on numerous occasions without success.
I'd like very much to make contact with someone in the Black family to perhaps reminisce a little about my recollections of our lives - Ernie's and mine together. Please send me an email. I am in the phone book.
