I have Many beautiful memories of Miss Lordly. she was kind loving and totally engaged with all students... I was married and Moved away. years later she heard my daughter[ a grown woman] speaking and Immediately recognized her voice.. and asked If she as my daughter.. my daughter called me to tell me she met this extraordinary woman.. who knew the Black family from Simonds.. we connected and when I visited Saint John.. she never forgot the kids from Simonds and Home Ec.. we respected her and Miss Maddox. they taught us Many Life skills that we still can use today.. Go rest in Peace Miss Lordly.
