We'd heard a while back that Fred was ill. Sorry to see his obit. in the paper today. I still remember seeing you 2 at Folklorama possibly 5 years ago. I think you mentioned at that time that you were 75 y/o. You both looked so happy to be in each other's company. I'm sure this will be a very difficult time for you and for your family. My sincere condolences to all of you.
It being almost Christmas, I am reminded that we spent this time while we were in school, at each other's homes at Christmas.
