Crewe

Note for my brother Lloyd:
It is with sadness that I share my thoughts with you regarding my brother Lloyd. It is just not today but many, many days and nights of my life I have thought about Lloyd and his family. Circumstances happen in life where distance and other factors hinder real life presence but Lloyd and his family has always held presence in my heart, thoughts, prayers and soul.
In my last real life presence with my brother Lloyd, he, with his silliest mischievous grin and cute unforgetful dimples and kindness teased me about gaining weight. I told him that only makes me more loveable and his reply was “That is a great way to look at that, Gertie” and I am only teasing.
I will never forget his smile including dimples because I grew up seeing a photo of him with his smile and dimples every day on my dresser in my bedroom.
Lloyd and I shared humour and kindness in daily matters and our wish was that of peace.
My brother Lloyd, you are now at peace. You are now in God’s hands and you are and will be in the minds, hearts, thoughts and prayer of not only me but of many. Rest in peace brother.
