Patti, I was sorry to learn of your mother’s death, she truly was a special lady. Your mother, Hilda and my mother Catherine Redstone were friends, apparently my mother gave your mom a poem after your mother lost someone close through death and years later when my mother passed your mother came to me after the Church service and said I have something your mother gave me to comfort me, now I want you to have it, hoping it will give you comfort as you grieve the loss of your mother. Patti what a thoughtful gesture on your mother’s part to comfort me, your mother’s act of kindness has never left me. You, Rob, your children and the rest of your family are in my thoughts and prayers as you go through this difficult time of parting with someone you have loved so dearly.
