I am saddened by the loss of Liette who was a good friend since our teenage years. Having lost contact with her over the years I was surprised to hear of her illness and passing. Liette was such a nice person to be around. I remember back in the days when we attended dances in Welland and always had so much fun. One summer I went to Quebec with her family and I couldn't speak or understand the French language but Liette translated for me as well as making me feel comfortable in that atmosphere. We did have a great time while there in a little town called Magog. Liette was always there for her friends when a shoulder was needed or for some laughs. She sure was a great person to be around. Although we were not close for a number of years..I still feel the loss and the sadness of her passing especially for her family. Goodbye old friend..you are at rest now and the suffering for you is now over. Condolences to all of Liette's family..you will be missed...Rest now my dear Liette!

All our office staff and myself have been very saddened by the sudden passing of our beloved Liette. She's been so very kind to everyone, inside and outside of the office. She showed her love and sincerity day in and day out, even when she was not in her best days. Each time we had any office event, we especially my wife couldn't wait to see Liette and her home baked brownies! She cared for and thought of everyone around her, especially the more vulnerable and new comers to our country. She loved to see babies and children. She adored so dearly her three great children Brendan, Victoria and Bodhi. Her spontaneous smile reflected it all every time we spoke of any of her 3 great children. All her life Liette gave, and gave, and gave again. She must have been getting tired. We know where you are Liette, resting with our Lord now. You had been a faithful servant of God. We love you and we cherish our friendship over the years. You have lived your life to the fullest and we will all miss you very much. May your soul rest in peace. With love, Winnie and Claude.
