I was privileged to have been hired by Dean to do work on the Lutheran church that he purchases and was staying in. I wasn’t there for long but managed to remove the old chip insulation in the walls in the upper part, framed In opening for sliding door at entry, hooked up cameras around the property so he could keep an eye on things, made some deliveries for him, moved things from his storage at his moms for him, I feel bad that I didn’t stick around longer after hearing of his passing, I no it’s a little late but I send my condolences to the family and am thankful for the time I knew Dean and hopefully will see him again some day, God Bless all of you, sincerely Phil
