Charlebois

My condolences to the Charlebois Family. Jack was a driver for the transfer service at Midland Hospital when I worked their. He was always so pleasant and kind with a great sence of humour. He was a joy to see when he would come down the hall with his stretcher to pick up a patient. I did accompany him a few times to Barrie and back to Midland when they needed a nurse. I will never forget him and his lovely personality. It was so sad to see when he passed away. He may be gone but never forgotten. RIP Jack Patricia Farquhar
