We are sad that Alex suffered from such a serious illness. We remember his pleasant manner to all of us Probus members and a special talk to everyone to get involved in the many activities offered and what joy we would experience from the friendships. We are lucky to have enjoyed his year as President and wish his family and Helen to know how much his personality enriched our monthly meetings. Condolences for this sad death.
