Kemp was truly one in a million. A great guy. I had the pleasure of working with him when we both taught at Seneca College. He was kind, always upbeat and had the most incredible smile and laugh that made everyone around him feel happy. My sincere condolences to Kemp's family and friends.

So many fond memories of working with Kemp when I was in VIPSS and he was with OPP, what a truly lovely officer and friend. My condolences to his family.
