Ruth and I would like to send our heart felt condolences to the family of Billie-Jean Armstrong. My wife, Ruth (Luoma) Richardson were good friends for many years, and sent each other cards and letters at Christmas time to keep up with all the latest news and happenings. Billie-Jean will be very much missed. Rest in peace Billie-Jean.No more suffering.
