I am the great grandson of the deceased. We are fortunate enough to know it was a peaceful passing. I just wanted to wright this so everyone knows we are ok tears of course where shed but we must continue life.

I was so sorry to hear of Bill's passing. I was very fortunate to have worked with him at the Immigration office in Charlottetown several years ago. He was the epitome of a great boss and lessons I learned from him served me well as my career progressed. I learned many life lessons from him as well and became a better person for it. A man of good humor, grace, kindness and good fun, how lucky I was to have known him!
