I worked with Joe on various jobs with the Boilermakers.He always had great stories and jokes some I heard more than once, he always laughed more than anyone.Joe was great worker and pleasure to be around, he would stop by my place if he was going to chtown and have a chat, over the years he brought me miles of fishing rope, my sympathy to Evelyn and family R.I.P. brother.
