My condolences to Cecil's family and friends. Cecil, (or Timer as he was known as by everyone back home) and I grew up together on East Court Rd. in Bible Hill back in the forties and fifties and he was my best friend. I'll never forget the times we spent hunting and fishing at Henry's hunt camp out in Brookfield. Also, we spent our summers swimming at the Clear Landing over at Salmon river; and then in the winter time we'd be up at the frozen pond on College Rd. playing hockey all weekend long...RIP, Old Friend.
