I would like to express sympathy and sincere condolences to the family of Jean-Luc Vallieres on behalf of his aunt Lucienne and cousins Diane and Marc. To our cousins Rejean, Sylvie, and Chantal we express our sympathy and want you to know you are in our thoughts and prayers.
