Please accept my condolences on Phil's passing. I worked with Phil at CNT/CNCP for a few years installing communications equipment around the Maritimes. Phil was a great co worker and a gentleman. A true son of Cape Breton. He also had a wry sense of humor and a good understanding of Hockey! In todays world we should have more people like Phil Cox.
