Dear Viv and family ; greatly saddened to learn that you had lost Ray, and deeply regret that my state of health will not allow me to come and pay respects to you, your
family and my long-time and good friend. I have just spoken with Valerie, and she offers her sympathy to you. It may be that the weather will allow me to be present at Ray's Service tomorrow, but if not, my heart will be there with you. With love Doug
