I was President of The Halifax Kiwanis Clu b and Earl was the Lt. Gov. for that year. When Earl's year was over, I succeeded him as Lt. Gov.for Division 19. Earl was a very much loved member for all who knew him. I have great memories of him. So sorry to hear of his passing. I will be 84 years old this coming June 23.
