Covey

I was good friends with covey from high-school. I remember seein him walk across the back field from my backyard and he was this huge monster across the horizon, wearing his poncho and big biker boots. Then one day he approaches me saying 'hey man, are you mike wowk, u live at that house with the big satellite? " I look up at him and said in a concerning expression, y yeah,. Why?, and he went on and said in a friendly way, 'well hey man, why don't we walk home, I pass by your house everyday". It through me off. Thisguy aain't a monster, he's the friendliest guy I've ever met. And since that day, I've seen covey, struggle throughout tough and unfair times, but always coming out with a smile and a laugh, and just wanting to have a good time and acceptance. He wasn't the big mean guy some people made him out to be, he looked after and protected his friends, his family, and he would often take the blame or fight for his friends. Jason Covey, was the best friend, the best guy you'd ever want to meet. So many, in fact 8 times out of 10 of my fondest memories, Jay was part of them.may you rest now covey, god must of needed a solid guy, and some protection up there for him to take you from us. Watch over your kids, all our kids, and especially your grand daughter. You are so sadly missed and never forgotten. Love ya buddy. Mike wowk, and Janie Beaton
