I am still stunned by the news.
Sonny and I were inseparable as kids, through our teens, and into our 20's.
The 'burg was never the same after we left it.
We lost touch for a while after I left Ottawa in 1967 but managed to re-connect several years ago.
I am at a loss for words to express just how deeply his passing affects me; a part of me went with him.
However I still have hundreds of great memories of some very great times together.
