Eikhard

My heart goes out to the family of Brent Eikhard.
Brent was a wonderful person, always made me smile. He was an extraordinarily talented musician.
He will be sorrowfully missed by many.

While Brent was in the band ROCKSTOCK in the '70's, he and other band members visited my parents place at "Burton's Beach" in Washago near Orillia.
As crazy as those guys were...my parents loved them like they were their own sons! We had a lot of laughs!

When I saw Brent before the ROCKSTOCK REUNION in 2010, he expressed to me how much he treasured the memories of my parents and their home 'at the river'.
He recalled their kindness, the family atmosphere and Mom's homemade pies!
Mom would have liked to hear that.
