My condolences to the entire Clark family.
I met Hugh at age 15, thanks to amateur radio. One day he introduced me to his workplace at the Mont-Joli airport. Since then, I knew exactly what I was going to do for a living. I left home at age 17 for a radio operator course in Ottawa. Lucky enough, he was one of my instructor there. Thanks Hugh. A man with a big heart and generosity. In my heart, you are the man who allowed me to enjoy a very successful career and i loved every minute of it for 36 years.
