Our condolences to Richard's family during this difficult time. We fondly remember the good times while teaching with "Dick" at the Debec Consolidated School. We visited Dick and Eileen a few times while enroute to St. Andrews and it is with remorse to know he has passed. Dick was a good friend, a great teacher, loved the Harvey community and served as the best man at our wedding. I know he will be missed. Sincerely Ed & Vienna Hall
