Dear Eleanor, Lorna, Mike, Debra, Billy, Grant and families; Our sincere condolences with blessings for comfort and peace to each of you at this time.

I was saddened to learn of Bill's passing and offer my sincere condolences to his family and loved ones. Bill was a true professional in every sense of the word and I consider myself fortunate have had the opportunity to work closely with him on many files during his long and distinguished career with the PEI Lending Agency.
