Please accept my condolences in the passing of Brent, your son, brother, uncle, and friend. I met Brent only a few years ago when he was selected by a client in Cranbrook to build the house we designed. My client was adamant that no other builder would be considered and after being toured through some of Brent's projects and meeting him in person, I knew exactly why. In my many phone conversations and site meetings with Brent, his passion, talent, and integrity always shone brightly. It was such a pleasure discussing design and construction details with Brent knowing he could build anything conceived and build it with the highest level of craft. I know Brent will be sorely missed by family and friends but I know his built legacy will live on for generations.

To the Mciver family i have known brent for over 20 years we have lost a great man with so much talent i will miss seeing him coming to the store every day and having our talks about work and how tallented Brent is and how hard he would work.
