Percy was one of a kind. I enjoyed working with Percy for quite a few years hairdressing. Never a day went by that he was not in some kind of pickle. But oh the laughs and the good times we had. I wish I had seen Percy before his death, it had been awhile since I had seen him. I am sure he would of had some stories to tell me. Wait till he gets to heaven, he will certainly living up the crowd. What a sad day to lose such a dear friend. My heart goes out to his family.
