I am so sad and shocked to hear this news. Darryl was such a knowledgeable, sweet and welcome guy in our lives. He was at our place only last autumn to do his final inspection, and when asked, he took the time to show me how to properly prune my apple tree. I will think of him now, with every apple.
My heart goes out to his family.
