Working in H.R. at the Etobicoke Casting Plant, I had the privilege of dealing with Mike on a daily basis. He was one of a kind and such a "bigger than life" personality. He worked tirelessly for his ECP family and for the plant and it exists today because of him. My sincere and deepest sympathy to his family.

As the plant manager at Etobicoke for 4 years, I had the privilage to work with Mike.I can truly say that Mike was always working to ensure a future for all the employees and because of his efforts the plant exists today.
My condolences to the family.
