Dear Family,
Marilyn and I just heard today about John's death. We have a number of fond memories from back when John attended Fair Havens Community Church. I appreciated his active participation in the adult Bible Study class on Wednesday nights. He often threw in some provocative questions which kept us all alert and brought out some great discussion. Our boys always remembered and appreciated the time he took to provide good hockey training and games at the Woodville arena. Even the attendant at the arena commented on the unique input John had into the young fellows lives. We appreciated his open and friendly attitude and his unique outlook on life.
