I work with Del in the 70's at Digital Equipment in computer services in California.When promoted to corporate training in Massachusetts l replaced him in Los Angeles.in a few years he hire me to establish mgmt development for all field service and it was very successful. I enjoyed our relationship and his professional commitment. I lost track of Del when he left Digital and returned to Canada.
Very sad to hear of his passing but felt compelled to pass along my sympathy.
