J'ai connu Elaine alors qu'elle chantait et jouait de la basse dans le band de mes parents. À l'époque, je commençais à apprendre la batterie en jammant sur un drum en carton que je m'étais construit. Elle me connaissait à peine, et pourtant Elaine m'a prêté un set, le premier sur lequel j'ai pu jouer de toute ma vie! Elle a aussi inspiré mon frère à apprendre la basse, et aujourd'hui ces instruments font partie de notre quotidien, grâce à elle. Elaine, j'aurais aimé avoir la chance qu'on jam ensemble. Je me souviendrai toujours de toi comme d'une humaine authentique, à la voix d'or et au grand coeur. Merci d'avoir été toi. Repose en paix mon amie.

Elaine, what a fantastic person. I met this woman at Patriot Freight some 15 plus years ago. She teased me many times over and called me Puppy. I have great respect for this woman, hard dedicated worker of the past companies I know of where she had worked. Patriot, Falcon and Trinet. Elaine loved to work and loved people. She will be missed by many, I know she sang at the church but I never had the chance to see her. Elaine, I know I shall miss you, look down at us from time to time and remember your puppies, Elaine, God Speed.
