Garland, so sorry to hear of your dads'passing. I have been living in Nunavut for the past 9 years, and things don't get here too quickly. I have been JP for the last 8, they made me wait a year before appointing me. I was speaking to Jim Parron the other day, catching up on things in Halifax. I assume you have children now?
I heard today that you were made Sgt.. good choice, always knew you would go up the ladder.
I hope you and your family are doing well. I still remember your wedding, best one I ever performed and had the most fun..
