I was shocked and saddened to learn only yesterday of Michael's passing.
It was very nice to meet both you and Michael at the farewell gathering in May for my life-long friend, Doug Nixon. I have great admiration for all of Doug's loyal friends.
I am so very sorry for your tremendous loss.
