RIchard was a fine man. I will always remember his friendliness and cheerful attitude. Long ago I was having trouble with the radar on my boat. Richard had the same unit on the Seaview.. That wonderful man took me aboard on the bridge for an afternoon's tour and taught me how to work that radar unit. I used that radar on my own boat for twenty years. I will remember his smile.......
