I was very sad to learn of George's passing. He was such a talented person. I remember the many drawings that he did for our Tatamagouche Rural High School year books for many years. The whole Halverson family were great people. I did not know all of them, but the ones that went to T.R.H.S. when I did (in the 50's and 60's) I did know. George was always an exceptional person at our School. He was very involved in our Schools activities. He was such a great artist!!! I did not know of his musical talents, but am not surprised. Our thoughts and prayers go out to George and his family and loved ones. God bless you George!
