I was shocked to hear of Larry's passing today. We first met back in Ottawa in 1975. Larry was in class 75-7 and I was in 75-9 at TCTI Ottawa. Our classes played a few games of pick-up basketball. It wasn't until much later in our respective careers that we met up again in Halifax in 1995. I have pleasant memories working with Larry. An easygoing personality who was a moderating influence during turbulent working conditions at the old FSS in the Halifax terminal building. I always enjoyed working with Larry. My sincere condolences to Debbie and family. RIP my friend.
