I was a friend of Fred's when we served in "J" and "B" Div during the 60's and 70'S. He was a friend for life once you met and got to know him. My condolences to his family.and friends. May he rest in peace. Another good friend of Fred's Richard Dionne passed on Feb 7th. hopefully they will meet in heaven. God Bless.
