Our sincere condolences to Elaine and the family. Lou knew Orlay through the St-Hubert Legion and the Boys & Girls Club in the late 1960's. He was a bulwark of the community for decades, supporting causes ranging from Christmas Basket programs through youth activities. We had the privilege of knowing him and his brother Randy for decades.
