I am saddened to hear of the loss of my dear friend and colleague, Louis. I enjoyed the years we worked together, and the laughter we shared at Natural Resources Canada; and the friendship that continued. I wish to express my deepest condolences to the family and friends of Louis. He will be truly missed and remembered.
