It is with without a doubt the news of Claude passing makes me incredibly sad, he taught me many things about fine dining and together we made an excellent team. We would never have gotten and kept the Four Diamond’s for the Auberge Lakeview without our team efforts. I will very much miss Claude And his passion for food, his love of his wife Susan was all he talked about if not food and I am honoured to have worked 8 years with him. I would like to extend my deepest condolences to Suzan and your kids from myself and the Taylor family as we all loved Claude, he was a great man a good friend and an amazing teacher.
