Dev and I did business for over 15 years and him being in Burnaby and I in Calgary we somehow just couldn’t meet in person. We spent lot of time on the phone and could relate to each other’s struggles in business. The highs and lows and although we never met we knew lots about each other and our family lives. He was a strong willed man and no messing around with but there was also the softer side or I say the humorous side that we both enjoyed, we could laugh at each other without any hard feeLongs. He truly respected my Ismail community and it’s unity. He died too young and will truly be missed, may Allah in his infinite mercy and benevolence rest his soul in eternal peace… amen!
