A truly wonderful man. So dedicated to his community, socially conscious and so appreciated by all who worked with him'. I had the pleasure of knowing Francis since I arrived here in Pictou County over 40 years ago. A great loss for all who knew him, my condolences to his wonderful family. He will be missed but not forgotten.
